Hemlock Kennels opened its doors over fifty years ago and has been serving its furry friends continuously ever since.  Hemlock Kennels is currently owned and operated by Mark and Linda Greenberg, founders of The Simon Foundation, Inc. 

Located on ten wooded acres in rural, Bethlehem, Connecticut, Hemlock Kennels offers boarding and grooming services for dogs and cats.  All of our guests receive our loving, personal touch, including:

• Kuranda beds for our canine visitors, so they will sleep comfortably off the floor
• Cat condos for our feline guests so they can snuggle up and get away from it all

In November, 2008 we opened a new state of the art kennel building with radiant heat and twenty-two additional Mason dog kennels .

Hemlock Kennels is expertly managed by Judy Umstead, Executive Director of The Simon Foundation, Inc. Judy is a former Animal Control Officer with knowledge of all aspects of animal care.
